We may process account, organisation, billing, expert-profile, integration, product-usage, support and technical security data.
3. Purposes and legal bases
We process data to enter into and perform a contract, operate accounts, secure the service, process payments, comply with law, communicate and improve the product, and—with consent—for analytics or marketing.
4. Recipients
Data may be entrusted to hosting, email, payment, analytics, AI, search, accounting and technical support providers as necessary.
5. International transfers
Some technology providers may process data outside the EEA. We use legally required safeguards, including adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses.
6. Retention
Account data is retained for the contract term and later for accounting, claims and legal duties. Consent-based data is retained until consent is withdrawn.
7. Rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, object, withdraw consent and complain to the Polish data protection authority.
8. AI and profiling
AI supports profile creation, scoring and drafting. We do not make solely automated decisions producing legal effects. Users approve key suggestions and messages.
9. Security
We use access controls, secret encryption, organisation isolation, backups, event logging and operation limits.
10. Changes
We may update this policy as the product or law changes. Material changes will be communicated in the application or by email.
