1. Provider

2. Service
Client Hunter is a SaaS platform supporting expert profiling, company discovery and analysis, CRM, outreach drafting, tasks, proposals and analytics.
3. Account
Users provide accurate information, protect credentials and remain responsible for account activity.
4. Trial and payments
The standard trial is 14 days. Afterwards the user selects a paid plan or loses access to features requiring an active subscription. Prices and limits are shown before payment.
5. Own keys
BYOK users are responsible for their external API agreements, costs and compliant use. Keys may be stored encrypted and used only for requested operations.
6. AI
AI outputs may contain errors. Users must verify facts, content and the lawful basis for outreach. We do not guarantee clients, replies or revenue.
7. Acceptable use
Spam, privacy violations, impersonation, security bypass, unlawful data collection and illegal activity are prohibited.
8. B2B outreach
Users are responsible for the lawful basis, message content, suppression lists, domain reputation and compliance with applicable rules.
9. Availability
We aim for continuity but provider outages, maintenance or technical interruptions may occur.
10. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to direct losses and fees paid for the preceding three months, except for intentional damage.
11. Cancellation
Subscriptions can be cancelled in the panel. Access remains until the end of the paid period unless law or security requires otherwise.
12. Complaints
Complaints can be sent to office.pl@ngitech.org and will be handled without undue delay.
13. Governing law
Polish law applies, without limiting mandatory consumer protections.
